The home is shown with a stucco finish and board & batten siding. The home would be ideal with those material or horizontal lap siding, or a mix. I offer the service of customizing the exterior with the use of 3d models for a truly custom design.

The purchase of this plan will provide all information needed for a general contractor for quoting purposes and all information needed for your local building department.

Provided are two different files. One 11x17, a great size for contractors on site and a 24x36 size, which most building departments require for permits. I have multiple addidtional files (3d Models) that I will be happy to provide after purchase. Etsy limits the amount of files for download.

Included are the foundation plan, the dimensioned floor plans, the framing plan, roof framing plan, the roof plan, door and window schedules, an electrical plan, interior and exterior 3D models.
