HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The doctor botched everything, on the removal of my existing teeth, I was given 100's of shots of novocaine, very painful, I was told later by another dentist that this method was not safe and should have never been done. The first implant failed, he told me I was needing to come back in April and replace the temporary top plate and now due to he and I having had a argument, he refuses to complete my procedure. My top temporary implant had come loose and failed, I couldn't eat, I could barely talk, he would not even repair his work that had failed, I have had to find another dentist to fix his mistakes. I found a dentist that will finish the procedure, it will cost me approximately $5,000 to have the work completed that Dr.Dave said he would do and did not, he is refusing to pay for this final procedure! I spoke to another gentleman in the parking lot that stated Dr. Dave botched his dentures as well, he was there to get them fixed at no charge. This was the Newnan Georgia location, Dr. Dave. In this day and time, any racism is not acceptable from anyone, but because he was angry in an argument we had, he actually played the race card and said that I was treating him badly because of his skin color, that's farthest from the truth, I never said a word about his skin color, I don't care what anyone's skin color is, as long as they treat me with respect, and do their job correctly, which he did not. He also stated that he feels the majority of the white people that come into his office, judge him based on his skin color. ALSO: You can NEVER get them on the phone, nor do they return your calls from voicemail. At one point thru my nightmare experience, I had to drive to the location and schedule an appointment for the next needed procedure to get it scheduled. When I walked in, the three staff at the desk where either on their phones or joking around. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
